Exhibition of Mińsk artist Krzysztof Rusiecki in Krnov

The opening of an exhibition of Mińsk artist Krzysztof Rusiecki was held at the invitation of the Krnov City Museum in the Czech Republic. The author titled it "The World in a Grain of Sand." The exhibition was enriched with a sculpture by Ladislav Steininger, whose works Mińsk residents could admire at the Public Library this February. The exhibition is open until November 17, 2021. How does the artist explain his work?

"I thought that painting sand grain by grain is not only a painting technique, but also a wonderful painting subject. So it began. The form and content have mixed to form a slime that cannot be fully analyzed. I began to paint sand and paint with sand, write with sand and write about sand - written paintings appeared alongside painted paintings. Then the website www.emblemer.pl with comments and finally the books-catalogs. And so for more than twenty years I have been trying to see the world in a grain of sand."
