International concert

The international concert was one of the first events to conclude the city's anniversary. The musical gathering began with some unusual thanks to the jubilee's sponsors. The names of companies and individual sponsors of the 600th anniversary were woven into the entertaining story of the city's founding. Mayor Marcin Jakubowski thanked the donors in front of the community gathered at the Municipal Art School. The concert was also highlighted by the performance of dancers from La Flacka, who danced to the song "Come paint my world yellow and blue." On many occasions we emphasize that these two colors take on a deeper meaning in today's reality and show our solidarity with Ukraine.

The concert began with a performance by Daniel Gałązka, who was joined by Pascal Perrier. The musician continued his performance by offering the attendees the most beautiful French hits. Evergreen of French music Champs-Élysées was performed in a duet with Mińsk artist Elżbieta Sieradzińska. Sofiya Zhukova's beautiful performance enchanted the audience. The artist already had the opportunity to perform in Mińsk years ago during the visit of the Ukrainian delegation to our city. Sofiya has a great talent and we will certainly hear about her again. Ethan Tucker, a finalist on America's The Voice, a musician from our partner city in Lacey, presented the audience a mix of soul, blues and reggae. The surprise was the premiere screening of a music video promoting Ethan's new album, I Feel Forces. And the audience was energized and empowered after this energetic performance.

We ended the concert with Costa Nova's performance. We love the band for their good energy, professionalism and lax attitude.The cherry on top was the performance of all the musicians in the song This Horizon Will End with a Man, the words to which were written by Piotr Brymas. The message of the song is very important. We know that the most important thing is always the other person and relationships and we were also building these relations at the meeting at a table full of fruits.

We hope that all the good that happened during the anniversary will return in the future. Thank you very much for your 120% attendance.
